Any event with 250+ guests or a wedding with 100+ guests is required to purchase a daily rate to allow sufficient time to set up and break down.
Additional set up and break down tiome may be approved at a discount rate.
No outside food or beverage is permitted with the exception of cakes or specialty food items not available through our the kitchen.
30 days notice required to reserve. Private events only please. Open House style events are not permitted.
