Small to Big, We're Ready for Your Group

Single Tables

Single tables and groups up to 9 can make reservations through Toast Tables .

Large Parties

Reservations are required for parties of 10 or more. If you have over 30 guests in your party, or would like a private space, please contact events@obecllc.com for more information and bookings or visit our private events page.

Please specify if you would like to reserve one of our Westside lawn corrals or a covered lounge in The Silos lawn and we will try our hardest to accommodate that request.

If you are unable to make it to your reservation time, please cancel as soon as possible.

Large Party Reservation Policies

  • If you are more than 10 minutes late to your reservation without providing an update, your table will be released.
  • 20% gratuity will be added to parties of 8 or more.
  • Food and beverage minimum of $20/guest, pre-tax & gratuity.
  • 2-hour reservation time limit unless a longer time is approved by management.
  • 25% deposit is required for parties of 20 or more at the time of booking. The total deposit will be applied to the final bill. The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation canceled fewer than 24-hours before the scheduled time or if the party is a no-show.
  • With advanced notice, a party may bring in a specialty dessert from a licensed bakery. A $2/guest plating fee may apply.
  • With advanced notice, a party may bring in their own bottles of wine. A $7/bottle corking fee may apply.
  • Outside decorations:
    • The venue prohibits the use of nails, screws, staples, or penetrating adhesives to be used on walls, ceilings, floors, or furnishings.
    • No glitter, confetti, high-'tack' tape, or open flames are permitted.
    • Candles must be contained in a votive, hurricane or similar covered candleholder.
    • The renter is responsible for any damage caused by outside decor.
    • Decorating plans must be approved by the venue within 5 days of the event.
    • All outside decor must be removed from the venue at the end of the event.
